For standard UK deliveries we dispatch packages via Royal Mail 2nd class.
We aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours of order placement (Monday to Friday and subject to stock availability), delivery within 3-4 working days to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and 5-6 working days to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands.
International orders will take longer for delivery and estimated delivery times can be found on the Royal Mail’s website.
Orders worth £15 and over may require a signature on delivery.
A unique shipping receipt is obtained for every package showing delivery address details. ALL packages can be tracked for delivery. In the rare instance that a package is delayed or lost in transit we follow the Royal Mail protocol and email a lost/delayed form to you to complete and return before a refund will be considered.
It is normal in these situations for the customer to be required to liaise with their local Royal Mail Sorting Office as nice times out of ten packages are held there ready for collection/re-delivery due to the package being too large to fit through a standard letterbox when delivery was attempted.
When a package is returned to the Royal Mail Sorting Office, it is held for up to 18 working days before being returned to us. We are therefore obliged to wait at least 21 days from the estimated delivery date before issuing a refund.
We understand that from time to time a product may be returned to us.
We have created this 30-day returns policy to enable you to return the product(s) to us in appropriate circumstances.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have (such as consumer rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant product or products (subject to the limitations set out below):
In order to cancel a purchase in this way, you must give us written notice of cancellation within this 7 day period.
If you cancel on this basis, you must promptly return the product(s) to us, in the same condition/packaging in which you received it/them.
If you cancel on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the original shipping charge). However you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product(s) to us.
If you cancel on this basis and you do not return the product(s) to us, we may recover the product(s) and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the product(s) at our expense, we may pass that expense onto you.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product(s) and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product(s) to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product(s) within 30 days following the date of purchase of the product(s);
(b) the returned product(s) is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal intact, with any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product(s) as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must first advise us that you intend to return the product(s) by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Product(s) returned under this policy must be sent by recorded delivery to: Nuts Organic Skincare, c/o E Taylor-Bricha, 10 Dame Kelly Holmes Way, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 2FB.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy unless the product(s) is faulty in which case we will reimburse the postage costs.
The following kinds of product(s) may not be returned under this policy:
(a) gift vouchers;
(b) Opened or used product(s) unless faulty;
If you cancel a purchase and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
Where you return a product(s) in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product(s)):
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product(s);
(b) we may retain the returned product(s) until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product(s); and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product(s) in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
