Ethea is a luxury online platform. We work directly with sellers to provide you with luxury, vegan and completely cruelty free brands. As Ethea is an online platform, this means that sellers send products directly to customers and there is no central distribution centre.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS FEATURED VEGAN?
Yes! All products featured on Ethea are 100% vegan. We do not feature any products which include any animal products. There is no leather, wool, bees wax, fur etc.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS FEATURED CRUELTY FREE?
Yes! We love animals which is why we would never want to support industries & businesses which cause harm towards them. All the products that are featured on Ethea are 100% cruelty free. None of the products have been tested on animals.
ARE ALL PRODUCTS LUXURY?
We believe that being vegan and wanting cruelty free products shouldn’t mean that you have to sacrifice style. We are passionate about providing customers with products which are fashionable, current and sought-after but that haven’t been compromised ethically.

No, Ethea is for everyone! Ethea is all about creating awareness and helping the world to be a better place. We believe that Ethea can be a new way of life for everyone. We want to show people just how easy it is to be fabulously fashionable and ethical all at the same time.

We work with like-minded companies who care about providing luxury products which are vegan and cruelty free. We aim to provide a space for these sellers, to reach larger audiences.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
There is a very strict sign-u process for sellers ensuring that all products featured are vegan and cruelty free. We spend a lot of time researching companies to confirm that their values match our own. Once we have thoroughly investigated a company we ask that they sign a legal declaration confirming that all products sold, on the Ethea website, are vegan and cruelty free.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
Here at Ethea we use a multi basket check out. This means that you can buy products from multiple sellers but you still only enter your payment details once. Since your products might come from different sellers your items will arrive at slightly different times. Delivery information will be available on the product description; some of our sellers may offer free delivery.

Yes. We are very committed to ensuring that all personal information and payment details are secure. We will never pass on any personal information to third parties.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM I ORDERED?
To return goods you should contact the seller who undertakes to comply with the relevant regulations for returns of goods. Refunds by the seller (whether full or partial, including reductions in price) under this will be issued within 14 calendar days of the day on which the seller agrees that you are entitled to the refund.
